Notes for embarkation
・Please note that boarding may not be available at your requested time, depending on capacity. Please understand this in advance.
・A boarding ticket is required to board the ship.Please pick up your boarding ticket at the Bell Captain's Desk before boarding.
Please hand your ticket to the cruise staff when you board the ship.
・Please arrive at the embarkation area at least 10 minutes before departure. （*Please note that the gates open 15 minutes prior to departure.）
Please note that if you miss the departure time, you will not be allowed to board the boat, and no refund will be made.
・Each ticket is valid for one person. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
・The ship may be cancelled due to inclement weather or for other reasons. Please understand this in advance. In the event of a cancellation, a notice will be posted in the lobby by no later than 1:00p.m. on the day of the cancellation.
・No refunds will be made in the event that a passenger is unable to board due to unavoidable circumstances on the day of the cruise.

About the Cruise Ship
Ciel Blue is the name of the cruise ship that departs from the pier in Odaiba Kaihin Park, not far from the hotel. It is a mid-range cruiser with a beautiful bright blue color and is owned by KMC Corporation. With six zones including cabins, galleys and the upper deck, guests can enjoy a comfortable and luxurious experience while feeling the pleasant Odaiba breeze.
