Reservation Information
Before Check-in
Guests with a confirmed hotel reservation can book their cruise online or by phone.
※10:00–18:00 JST
On the Day of Check-in
Reservations are available up to one hour before departure at the 1st- Floor Bell Captain’s Desk.
Important Notes
- Due to high demand, preferred departure times may not be available.
- A boarding ticket is required. Please collect your ticket at the Bell Captain’s Desk before boarding.
- Present your ticket to the cruise staff upon boarding.
- Please be at the boarding area at least 10 minutes before departure (boarding gate opens 15 minutes prior).
- Late arrivals will not be allowed to board, and no refunds will be issued.
- Each boarding ticket is valid for one person only and is non-transferable.
- Cruises may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions. Any cancellations will be announced at the lobby by 13:00 on the day of departure.
- Refunds will not be provided in case of cancellation or if you are unable to board due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cruise Route
The cruise departs from the pier, passing through both sides of the container terminal, where you can see towering cranes known as "Sea Giraffes."
It then heads toward Haneda Airport, offering a close-up view of aircraft taking off and landing. The journey continues past the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal, where large passenger ships dock, before returning to Odaiba.
